Design Approach

This occupied renovation project underwent a complete reorganization of the open space and common areas, as well as re-siding, seismic improvements, energy upgrades, accessibility upgrades and general unit renovation. Working with two heritage oak trees as the backdrop, PWA developed an inviting and flexible open space that serves all ages and a variety of activities.
