Family/breakfast room addition at grade.

Design Approach

Create a light-filled, expansive room for entertainment and relaxing, connected to the extensive garden on the south side of the house. Nestle the room under a mature magnolia tree for the pleasure of the family. Develop an intimate eating area off the kitchen where the amenities of the family room can also be enjoyed.
