Design Approach
PWA renovated both interior and exterior common areas of this apartment complex built in 1995.
A series of outdoor “rooms” were developed that serve different functions including a trellised patio centerpiece, a sail-cloth structure, two bbq areas, outdoor fitness equipment, and a community garden. A new roof was added, and the HVAC systems were updated in this occupied rehab project. Accessible parking, path of travel and signage were implemented. All unit finishes were updated.
