Design Approach
This renovation of rural farm labor housing will breathe new life to this site which encompasses 15 apartment buildings, a community building and 8.5 acres that were previously windswept and denuded of greenery. Renovation of the buildings will include accessibility and MEP system upgrades as well as exterior updates including a new palette of welcoming colors.

PWA is completely reimagining the site with landscaped paths, play areas tailored to different age groups, and places to gather or simply enjoy the outdoors.​
