Design Approach
At Amistad House, PWA provided site and community space improvements for an existing senior housing facility. A newly designed accessible building entry was developed along with exterior landscaping, property signage, and a new courtyard design. PWA also provided completely renovated interior common areas including new community rooms, a community kitchen, and administrative and
services offices.
